Explanation of Services
When referring a patient to Supportive Care of Orleans, please consider that Hospice is only one of the many services we provide. We offer a continuum of care options for patients facing advanced illness:
Our hospice care team is available to meet the patient's varying levels of needs in end-of-life, including service from nurses, social workers, home health aides, bereavement counseling, and spiritual care.
The Martin-Linsin Residence is a resource for patients who need a home away from home when remaining at home is no longer the best option.
We offer caregiver support such as respite, and bereavement support services to hospice families and the broader community.
